Sing to God es el cuarto álbum de estudio de Cardiacs y el disco más descomunal de su catálogo. Durante casi noventa minutos, el pop orquestal, el rock psicodélico, el punk progresivo y toda clase de experimentos de estudio crecen hasta rozar el exceso. Arreglos densísimos, choques de estilos, melodías eufóricas y momentos de una ternura inesperada conviven con algunas de las piezas más abrasivas y ambiciosas del grupo. Para muchos seguidores es la gran obra de Cardiacs: el punto en el que la producción y la forma de componer de Tim Smith alcanzaron su expresión más completa.
