Memories and notes

This is the earliest surviving recorded Cardiac Arrest concert currently known to circulate.

The recording is especially notable for preserving the only known pre-2003 performance of Dead Mouse, documenting the song in an early form. It also contains a particularly strong early performance of A Balloon for Bertie's Party.

According to the original information file, the concert was recorded by "Colvin", probably referring to the band's keyboard player at the time, Colvin Mayers.

The sound is raw but generally clear, with tape-related issues during Pip as Uncle Dick but Peter Spoilt It and Cameras. The opening song begins part-way through.
