The surviving recording was extracted from a DVD transfer of a second-generation VHS tape. It is distorted and contains cuts in Baby Heart Dirt, Everything Is Easy and Joining the Plankton.

The current audio package and its older DVD information file preserve conflicting running orders. The sequence documented here follows the current information file and the sixteen surviving audio tracks.
